In this capacity, Andy also monitors construction and financial activities and serves as Clark’s representative with primary financial and contractual responsibility for several projects. With broad authority to commit Clark on matters of cost and schedule, Andy has the ability to reserve personnel and corporate resources to ensure his projects succeed. Ultimately, Andy has the principal responsibility for subcontractor performance in building high quality projects safely, within schedule and to the satisfaction of the client.
