I provide therapeutic massage to a wide range of clients. I strive to provide a relaxing yet effective massage to help each client move and function optimally. My massage sessions take place in my private studio, in downtown Carrboro, on-site for events and shows, or in your home. Myofascial or Deep Tissue massage consists of strokes to lengthen, spread, and separate adhered or “stuck” fascia (connective tissue) and muscles. Swedish Massage consists of smooth/flowing, kneading, warming, and percussive strokes.
