Project managed the I.T delivery of major office relocations in Sri Lanka, Sao Paulo, Istanbul, Munich and Shanghai, each office had a headcount of between 50 - 600. Delivering new WAN, LAN, WiFi, print and AV, including migration from physical server infrastructure to AWS Cloud. • Delivered 5 large offices globally, with budgets ranging from £1m - £6m • Managed all server migrations to AWS (P2V) • Managed Cloud and Data Centre SLA’s during delivery & testing phases • Lead the Video Conferencing selection process to replace Polycom with LogiTech • Liaised with the Microsoft Teams implementation plans, ensuring new offices launched with the solution • Managed an International Team from different cultures and in different time-zones • WAN delivery, including routing, switching (multicast) and firewall implementation. • Coms Room standards – documenting M8E standards globally (UPS/HVAC) • Implemented LogiTech Video Conferencing solution • Roll out of end user devices – O365 Windows 10 • Managed the delivery of all AV Meeting and Executive rooms
