Small Improvements wants to assist companies in making their employees feedback champions! Performance management software geared at an honest, open and ongoing feedback culture in organisations. As a start-up in a very dynamic and exciting HR space, I am one of the voices of a company that is considered as a thought-leader in it\'s field. I work in Customer Success and my role is pretty diverse- I design and implement Customer Success initiatives that look to improve the customer journey and identify those clients that may be falling off the wayside- I work with and assist current clients with all kinds of queries to do with the platform. Specifically, I work closely with their progressive people leaders to align our product with their problem. I strive to share best practices and ensure a great customer journey from day one- I talk to prospective clients about their needs and see if our solution fits these- I work with a highly motivated and talented team in helping to shape the product and change the way organisations drive their feedback and performance management culture- I channel client feedback back to the appropriate stakeholders in the company- I assist in helping to shape company strategy and set company culture
