This work is grounded in the application of PANS-OPS (Doc 8168) criteria.Previously, I served as Boeing Flight Manager Technical at British Airways. My work has consistently focused on innovation and beyond-the-horizon safety thinking—developing practical, operationally robust concepts and procedures that strengthen safety margins and training outcomes. This included creating and leading the operational introduction of PBN overlay procedures and PBN visual approaches, and developing the baulked (rejected) landing technique for British Airways, which was subsequently incorporated into Boeing baseline FCTM guidance.
