Responsible for day to day IT operations for the YMCA’s of Northern Colorado. Essential responsibilities include but are not limited to: • Oversee all IT systems and projects. • Lead IT operational and strategic planning, including fostering innovation, planning projects and setting priorities. • Manage the deployment, monitoring, maintenance, development, upgrade and support of all IT systems, including telecommunications, servers, PCs, operating systems, hardware and software. • Manage budget of the IT department, including purchasing, budgeting and budget review. • Develop and implement IT policies and procedures, including those for architecture, security, disaster recovery, standards, purchasing and service provision. • Negotiate and administer vendor and consultant contracts and service agreements. • Establish and maintain regular written and in-person communications with department heads and staff members regarding pertinent IT activities. • Stay current with the latest technologies and make recommendations for use of the most valuable new technology.
