I have 18+ years of Finance & Operations experience, working most recently in VP / Director of Finance roles in small startup SaaS businesses & with revenues in excess of $12m, and prior to that 9 years in the media industry at The Economist.I\'ve gained experience in large, international corporate companies in both central and business facing roles, having managed revenues in excess of $350m and have managed teams of all sizes and varying disciplines, and excels at coaching, developing and helping team members & managers to grow. I\'ve worked Internationally in London, Tokyo, New York, Oklahoma City & now am embracing remote role culture. I have end to end M&A experience having helped interview potential investors, carried out due diligence from both sides of the deal, negotiated deal terms and then onboarding the acquisition.I have a reputation as a problem solver, and strive to partner to all areas of the business, able to communicate complex financial and strategic business decisions to a variety of audiences at all levels in the company, and to articulate the story behind the numbers.
