About Andy Domina

I have been with Uline since March 2010, working across various departments within Finance. My journey began in the Credit department as an Analyst, where I quickly advanced to a Senior Analyst role. I was then selected for Uline\'s Finance Rotation Program, gaining diverse experience across multiple finance functions.During the Rotation Program, I spent approximately 1.5 years in FP & A as an Analyst, another year in Credit/Collections focusing on efficiency projects, and completed my rotation with 4 months in Accounting as a Staff Accountant.After completing the Rotation Program, I transitioned into various process improvement roles. I have been actively involved in identifying and implementing process improvements within the Finance department, leveraging advanced critical thinking skills and statistical techniques to solve complex problems. My focus has been on optimizing manual processes, developing data collection tools, and using technologies such as RPA to drive efficiency and innovation.Currently, I serve as the Sr. Finance Process Improvement Manager within the FinTech department. In this role, I lead a dynamic team of analysts and interns, providing leadership, guidance, and mentorship. I collaborate closely with management to prioritize the company\'s business and information needs.
