As the largest athletic department in the country, we challenge ourselves to be the leaders in collegiate athletics, both on the court and off. Back in the day, I had a mean jumper on the court. But my role now lies off the court inspiring, developing, and maintaining the visual identity for The Ohio State University Department of Athletics. I challenge a team of designers to think different, think big and think smart. Organization and strategic thinking play a key role in my responsibilities of building relationships with corporate vendors, fostering creative collaboration within units, structuring budgets, directing photo shoots, teaching and developing interns, enhancing creative spaces and positioning a successful visual communication plan.
