I am a motivated, passionate, and determined Diversity and Inclusion expert who is passionate about making a difference, whether delivering cultural change to create a better lived experience or sharing my experiences to help individuals. Extensive experience across the Professional Services across large, complex, and matrix organisations where change is constant, and where the identification, development, and retention of the best talent from the broadest pool is key, along with creating a culture of belonging where everyone is able to bring their whole self to work. I am comfortable working with both structure and ambiguity. I use data and insights to shape and implement strategies, frameworks, and tools that can deliver meaningful results and change through developing inclusive cultures that benefit clients, colleagues, and communities.Passionate about people, I am only as good as the people around me, so nurturing and developing colleagues is something I regard as a privilege.
