   It\'s hard to believe, but I have been running my own law practice in San Diego for over 30 years. I have seen a lot of attorneys come and go, but I am still here. You won\'t find anyone who\'s more reliable or dependable. It was back in 1995 that I started my own law practice in the Bankers Hill area of San Diego where I remain today. I am certified as a Family Law Specialist by the State Bar of California, Board of Legal Specialization.(I have held this certification for over 22 years.) I have also three times been designated as an expert witness in California legal malpractice cases involving family law. I was on the Board of Directors of the San Diego County Bar Association for three years (20••••16). I have also been named to the Best of the Bar list for 2016 by the San Diego Business Journal. And I have received the Peer Review Rating of AV Preeminent from Martindale-Hubbell.In addition, I have had extensive judicial experience, so I have perspective from both sides of the bench. For example, from I served as an arbitrator in the State of California\'s Mandatory Fee Dispute Arbitration program over 40 times. Moreover, starting in 2005, I served 80 times as a mandatory settlement conference judge for family law matters for the San Diego County Superior Court. In addition, starting in 2007, I served 155 times as a temporary judge in small claims matters in San Diego County and 37 times as a temporary judge in the Family Support Division in San Diego. Also, starting in 2010, I served 33 times as a temporary judge in family law departments of the Los Angeles County Superior Court. Finally, I served as a judge for the Teen Court program in San Diego. While I have given up the temporary judging, what I learned during that time has helped me extraordinarily.
