I am currently working as a Manager in Alvarez & Marsal\'s Private Equity Performance Improvement (PEPI) group, specifically sitting in the Mergers & Acquisitions (MAS) group executing Merger Integration & Carveout (MI/CO) engagements. In this role, I analyze existing operations within corporate functions to identify synergies and develop performance improvement strategies for buyside and sellside engagements with private equity clients. Additionally, I am a part of our Education & EdTech Advisory Group, contributing to all relevant engagements and supporting business development efforts.Previously, I worked as an Investment Banking Associate at William Blair and BlackArch Partners, focusing on middle-market M&A transactions and private capital raises. I covered a range of industries, including Technology & Services, Commercial Services, Transportation & Logistics, Aerospace, and Specialty Distribution.Prior to my time in investment banking, I worked for Deloitte\'s Mergers, Acquisitions, & Divestitures group, conducting financial and operational due diligence for buy-side and sell-side transactions across a multitude of verticals with a significant focus on the Healthcare & Life Sciences sectors. I maintain my C.P.A. license in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.I earned an M.B.A. from the Stephen M. Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan in 2020. In 2014, I received a M.S. in Accountancy - Financial Transaction Services from Wake Forest University. I graduated from Washington & Lee University in 2013 with a B.S. in Commerce with Special Attainments in Accounting and Business Administration.
