I am a Senior Transformation Leader and Shared Services & Operational Change Specialist, leading the end-to-end delivery of whole business transformations for service-oriented organisations across Public & Private sectors. My recent contracting career includes: Interim Director of Business Transformation at Allvotec, shaping and delivering their transformation portfolio; Interim Transformation Director at Royal Mail Group, leading the end-to-end delivery of their shared services transformation programme; Interim Group Head of Programme Management & Change at Nexus Infrastructure; and Interim Head of Global HR Programme at First Group. My earlier career includes: Management Consultant at Capita Consulting, working with clients including the MoD as a change management specialist; and 8-years as Business Change Consultant at Cumbria & Lancashire Constabulary. I develop robust business cases and fully-costed programme plans to make a compelling case for change that optimises ROI while driving process re-engineering/automation and enabling technologies to improve both cost efficiency and the customer experience.
