ABOUT ANDY CHILTON

I spent the first 19 years of my career in the Chemicals Industry with roles in Research, Operations Management, Maintenance, Environment, Health & Safety, Quality, Culture and Behaviour change, Business improvement / Transformation and Internal Change Consultancy, for the latter 7 years. Whilst I developed a deep understanding of operational improvement techniques, such as Lean and 6sigma, etc, my passion was consistently about how best to enable individuals and teams to contribute and perform at their best. I spend the next 22 years working in various sectors including food, Telco and fashion retail, pharmacy/healthcare, Public sector services, etc. as a Senior Management consultant with award-winning Boxwood Ltd for 7 years, followed by 14 years success as co-founder and Director of Velresco Group Ltd. Combining specialisms in Operational Performance improvement, facilitating change and managing significant transformation, with associated Leadership and Programme / project capability development, the aim was always on sustainable performance improvement. Continuing to specialise further in \'Transformational Change\' and passionate about the realisation of \'best processes\' and \'People Potential\' within organisations to increase company performance (all KPIs), I have now taken on what will be my last role as MD of Blue4 International, focusing on bringing what I believe to be the best available Leadership Behaviour development products - statistically proven to drive up team performance and KPIs - to as many organisations as possible! Keen to work with ambitious, like-minded people and organisations who want to GROW without adding costs whilst maintaining genuine employee engagement, health and wellbeing and inclusivity and at the same time delighting their customers and others they impact.
