Head Of Development at Doncaster RLFC.Working within the Doncaster area ensuring there is a rugby league pathway for children in schools and community clubs, as well as work for Doncaster RLFC including the Future Dons teams.Since joining Doncaster RLFC I have strengthened relationships with 12 community clubs through hosting match day activities for them and coaching at clubs for The Dons Talent Pathway. Whilst working in schools I have taken and assisted with rugby league lessons at both primary and secondary education levels.I have expanded the clubs social inclusion in the community by working within a college for Deaf Young people ensuring rugby league is available to all.
