Responsibilities:Responsible to perform global sourcing activities for projects, drilling and completions, and well services categories for all bp’s regions (North America and Gulf Mexico, North Sea and Europe, East Europe, Africa, Middle East, and Asia Pacific). The activities include coordinate with end user and category management team to implement global category strategy and demand planning, develop sourcing strategy in line with both regional and global governance, conduct pre-qualification process, issue Request for Information/Proposal (RFI/RFP) in coordination with Event Management team, conduct tender process include evaluate bid proposal, bid clarification, bid negotiation, and subsequently prepare recommendation to award for governance approval and managing the contracts. Reporting to Senior Sourcing Manager and close coordination with End User, Business Facing Team, Supplier Facing Team/ Category Management Team, Legal in conducting day to day Sourcing activities.
