Previous employment BP area authority Clair Ridge RWE dea level 3 OIM on gas production platform SNS (southern north sea).Responsible for day to day health safety and welfare along with all operation and production activities. I have been with this project from the design stage where I was based in London working with the relevant discipline engineers giving an operational perspective on the operability of the platform from process to accommodation issues. The initial combined operations phase has been successfully completed four wells drilled fracked and brought into production. We have just passed the milestone of 6 years with no LTI, during this period the following activates have been successfully undertaken - hook-up construction and commissioning followed by a 2 year drilling program and stand-alone fracing• Compilation of detailed construction work packs.• Completion of offshore surveys.• Liaise with all other disciplines to minimise costs and efficiently co-ordinate planned work scopes.• Interface with engineering, design, fabrication, procurement, construction, commissioning and sub-contract personnel to ensure total integration of planned work scopes.• Provide advice on offshore and onshore construction, installation and completions techniques.• Source and implement innovative equipment and methods to enhance man-hour minimisation.• Identify and review all planned work and attempt to minimise onsite work scope wherever possible.• Provide input and assistance in establishing and maintaining the planned work schedule.• Review and/or prepare man-hour estimates, man-hour histograms and associated logistics.• Review constructability.• Provide input and assistance in establishing and maintaining required training programs and maintain matrix.• Assist with HAZID’s, HAZOP’s, SIMOP’s, COSHH Requirements and Task Risk Assessments as directed.• Monitor overall progress and performance.
