ABOUT ANDY BROWN
Andy has been in the engineering sector since 1982, initially as a producer, then team leader. After a period in a shift management position, Andy moved to developing engineering training solutions for the business unit. In Andy delivered leadership training; this was Andy\'s first formal instructional role, he then moved in to a training management role where he led training development activities; gaining experience in designing bespoke training solutions and evaluating business operations. Andy followed this with 2 years managing a medium sized engineering training school, with a throughput of around 900 students a year. In 2006, Andy joined the Engineering Construction Industry Training Board, working as a product development project manager, within 14 months Andy was offered the chance to run the development function. In 2011 Andy took over the UK operations for the business and is now responsible for the delivery of over £20M of products and services to over 300 companies.
