The TEPS Program Manager primary responsibility is to be the liaison between the operating departments of the dealership and its TEPS Dealers. The TEPS Program Manager is to ensure the fulfillment by the Caterpillar Dealer and TEPS Dealer of the provisions set forth in the Caterpillar Intellectual Property Agreement, TEPS Guidebook, TEPS Parts and Service Agreement, Distribution Agreement for Engines, Parts, and Service.I will be responsible for maintaining a good working relationship and open lines of communication between FABICK Caterpillar and our Wisconsin as well as Upper Michigan TEPS ( Truck Engine Parts and Service ) Dealers. As well as providing instruction and assistance to our dealers in regards to the Caterpillar Warranty processes in order to ensure that our TEPS Dealers are making proper warrantable repairs and recovering the maximum amount of warranty dollars from those repairs. I will also be promoting parts incentives, extended warranties on in shop overhauls and kits that are available. Provide IT support for the TEPS Dealers in the capacity of login ID\'s, licensing and subscriptions. Put together reports that reflect TEPS Dealers parts ordering practices, core entitlements for each dealer group and ensure over due balances are paid in a timely manner. Provide documentation on invoicing, assist in location of vital information in the Caterpillar electronic network.
