About Andy Bratt
Andy Bratt is a Principal in the Gantry’s Newport Beach office. Andy has been in the commercial mortgage banking industry since 2004 and has been involved in over $1 Billion in loan transactions. Andy has been instrumental in arranging multifamily, industrial, retail, office, and self-storage loans for a wide variety of clients ranging from high net worth individuals, family offices, and institutional owners and developers. Transactions have included construction, bridge, and permanent loans as well as joint venture structures.Andy holds a CCIM designation and is an active participant in industry organizations including ULI, NAIOP and YPG. Andy is currently on the following committees and boards: NAIOP SoCal Board, NAIOP Membership Committee Vice Chair, NAIOP’s Night at the Fight’s Committee, YPG Alumni Committee and Chair of Recruitment Selection, CCIM, and ULI Next. Andy attended Cal Poly Pomona on a basketball scholarship and graduated Cum Laude with a bachelor’s of science degree in business administration.
