Salco Construction is an in-house Design-Build general contracting firm that specializes in commercial construction such as Distribution Centers, Warehouse, Office buildings, renovations, and Medical facilities for our repeat clients. I was involved in the Design-Build process along with our Designers by meeting with the client to better understand their business and how we could assist them by building a facility that helps boost their business by making their operations flow better. I was also involved with local city and state officials getting plans approved by State Fire Marshall and obtaining the necessary permits to begin construction. I lead the preconstruction efforts by establishing an initial budget and making sure that the design never overran our initial budget without the client being aware of such issues like price escalations and material lead time deliveries. Having constant communication with the client is key to creating \"Raving Fans\" that keep coming back to you time and time again!
