ABOUT ANDY BLAXLAND
Experienced town planning professional, working for a range of public and private sector Clients on major infrastructure projects and other schemes. Over 30 years town planning experience in private and public sector roles, most recently as an Adams Hendry Company Director (20••••24) and member of the NIPA Council (2021-24). Specialisms in optioneering, consenting and implementing water, wastewater and energy schemes through the DCO and town planning consent regimes. Experience gained through working on water transfer and water recycling DCOs, RAPID Gated submissions, energy DCO implementation, major wastewater and water supply planning applications, WRSE Regional Plan preparation, WRMP preparation and support, as well as strategic advice and consenting strategies on other projects. An experienced expert witness, I\'m also asked to prepare and present evidence at appeals, inquiries and examinations. Based in Winchester, with experience focused across London and southern and central England (and beyond).
