As an Inclusive Activity Programme Tutor for UK Coaching and the Activity Alliance, my role is centred on empowering individuals and building inclusive environments within sports and physical activities. I am passionate about fostering a sports culture where everyone, regardless of ability, age, or background, has an equal opportunity to participate and thrive.In this capacity, I deliver workshops and training sessions designed to equip coaches, community leaders, and volunteers with the knowledge and skills to provide inclusive sport and physical activity opportunities. These sessions cover everything from understanding and identifying barriers to participation, to developing adaptive strategies that create accessible and enjoyable experiences for all participants.Beyond practical considerations, I also focus on fostering a mindset of inclusivity. This includes promoting understanding and empathy towards all participants\' diverse needs, ensuring that our coaches and leaders become advocates for inclusivity within their respective sports and communities.I am immensely proud to be part of this programme, helping to shape a more inclusive sporting landscape in the UK where everyone can realise their potential through physical activity.
