Oversight and management of all Greenway Program opportunities, to include Outdoor Education and Recreation, Greenway Youth Programs, public programs, Equestrian Programs, Greenway Summer Camps, and Greenway Signature Events and Races. Ensure programs offered are fiscally sound, proper allocation of resources and enhance the reputation of the Greenway• Oversees management of Greenway Guest Services including membership management, staffing and cross-functional duties. Ensure proper resources and workflow are in place. Review membership program to ensure quality guest experiences and efficiencies within the department. Help to set expectations and processes with support for all other Greenway initiatives and programs.• Supervise, measure, and provide counsel to Director of Food & Beverage on improving operational performance• Supports Programs Committee Chair to review and ensure consensus on programs (annually) and participates in other board committees• Ensures proper design and delivery of all programs with safety as a primary consideration• Responsible for directly and indirectly managing employees which include recruiting, hiring, training, evaluating and developing a sense of belonging and creates a positive staff culture• Performs management analysis to evaluate effectiveness and efficiency• Works closely with other Departments (Marketing, Advancement and Resources) to ensure the Vision and Mission of the Greenway and related programs are carried out to the highest standards. Ensures proper planning and coordination to reduce last minute labor and adjustments• Works closely with Advancement Director to identify additional funding sources for programs and continues to identify positive outcomes from the Leroy Springs Assistance Program• Participates in annual budgeting process and 5-year strategic planning with Operations Director; contribute ideas for the advancement of Greenway programming and the Company
