Most healthcare AI implementations fail. Not because of the technology, but because of how it\'s introduced. Providers resist tools they don\'t trust, understand, or have time to learn. I\'ve spent years studying exactly why that happens.I\'m a PhD researcher in clinical decision support and information systems at Dakota State University, with a background spanning academic research, hospital IT administration, and data analytics.
