My career started at PwC, KPMG, and Barclays Private EquityI\'ve sat on 20+ boardsBuilt and grown my own businesses (e-commerce and education technology) I have worked with hundreds of organisations across every stage from £5m to £500m revenueBeen involved in 50+ M&A transactions.I have been fortunate to be able to learn so much \"on the job\". Today I run the Performance Academy, my own investment and advisory firm helping clients scale their companies, as a consultant, Non Executive director, and Board Advisor. But that\'s only part of the story. Over the last 6 years, I\'ve also applied my knowledge and experiences and delivered hours of accredited leadership programmes to Directors, Senior Leaders, and Founders - from businesses early on in their journey, through to established well-known businesses with significant turnover. It\'s become my passion. What have I learned from all of this? You NEVER stop learning.
