Responsible for ensuring the integrity and accuracy of finance reference data within BT’s revenue processor which is used to post more than £2bn in revenue and cash each month. Subject matter expert on Accounting Change Requests, validating them to ensure compliance with BT Group revenue and VAT reporting requirements, and ensure continued accuracy and completeness of the reference data for the revenue processor. Work with product managers, finance teams and billing solution designers across all lines of business to understand new product developments and ensure that correct accounting is set up for them. Member of several programme control boards for major billing initiatives and systems changes across the business that will have an impact on the revenue processor and accounting and VAT.
