I launched CPS Football Academy to raise the standard of grassroots football by focusing on technical development, an area often overlooked in traditional grassroots setups. Since our first session, CPS has grown into a multi-venue academy in Bolton with a strong and loyal player base, dedicated coaching staff, and a clear structure that supports long-term player progression.Over the last few years, we’ve expanded our weekly sessions, built out seasonal camps, invested in new systems and resources, and grown a coaching team that shares our vision. Player retention remains one of our strongest indicators of success, with families valuing both the quality of coaching and the community we’re creating.CPS is now expanding through our franchise model, giving passionate coaches the opportunity to run their own CPS Academies with the same structure, values, and proven system.
