Specialist audit and advisory partner working with owner managed businesses, listed and international groups. Areas of specialism include advising companies looking to list on Aim or the main markets or already listed, international groups and those with complex structures. I work across a range of sectors with particular focus on Technology based businesses and those involved in engineering / contracting type work.Having headed up the Bristol audit practice between 2007 and 2011 and also taken on responsibility as the office finance partner during the same period, working closely to integrate 2 local mergers, I decided to grab a new challenge when a re-location was put to me.Having spent 9 years in Bristol I relocated to Leeds at the start of 2012 to take on a new role helping to spearhead the firm\'s development and growth in its involvement in the large corporate and listed environment.My current portfolio includes a number of AIm and fully listed groups, particularly those with an international presence. This expertise also extends to privately owned groups and those funded by PE investors.
