A professor with over 20 years of experience in biological sciences education, reasearch, and curriculum innovation, I love to develop, implement and learn about evidence-based practices to enhance learning outcomes, emphasizing writing, oral communication, and professional preparation. Collaborative efforts include refining curriculum standards, streamlining assessment methods to strengthen evidence collection, and integrating soft skills into technical coursework. I am always eager to implement novel approaches and learn from the experience. With extensive experience in academic advising, course development, digital assessment tools, rubric development, grant writing, academic leadership, and data-driven outcomes, our department fosters transparency and real-world skill training for our students.
