Project description:Tesco is one of the largest in UK groceries and general merchandise retailer. As part of my engagement we are developing the modern loyalty platform.Responsibilities-Develop and Present the product vision, roadmap, OKRs-Engage with stakeholders to define the product vision, strategy, and long-term roadmap -Define and track product Objectives and Key Results (OKRs), continuously analysing performance and adapting strategies accordingly-Develop a deep understanding of key user personas, customers, and stakeholders, identifying their pain points to inform product decisions-Manage the product backlog, leading sprint and planning sessions in collaboration with engineering teams -Support and mentor Product Managers and peers, fostering a strong product management culture-Prioritise, coordinate, and independently manage the resolution of live product issues, ensuring minimal disruption.
