I was fascinated by computers from a young age. Shortly after graduating high school, I began my IT career while pursuing my degree. In 2016, I transitioned into the telecommunications industry, starting my journey as a tower climber where I personally installed wireless telecommunications equipment in the field. This hands-on experience laid the foundation for my deep understanding of the industry and the services we provide today.Having started in the field, I am now the proud Owner and CEO of Andrew Tech, LLC, a company specializing in wireless telecommunications construction services. My background allows me to offer clients practical, experience-driven solutions while helping them avoid common industry pitfalls. None of this would be possible without my dedicated team of over 50 professionals. Leading this team is a source of great pride, and together we continue to grow each year while maintaining a strong focus on safety, quality, and performance.In 2026, I expanded my entrepreneurial journey by co-founding Crownpoint Construction, a licensed general contracting company focused on commercial construction. Building on years of experience managing complex telecom infrastructure projects, Crownpoint Construction was established to deliver high-quality, well-managed construction services across a broader scope, including commercial build-outs, concrete, framing, drywall, painting, electrical, and related trades. The company applies the same disciplined approach to safety, project management, and execution that has driven success in the telecommunications industry, ensuring projects are delivered efficiently, on schedule, and to the highest standards of quality.I am highly driven by results and take pride in developing fast, effective solutions to the challenges I encounter, fostering a family-like atmosphere and strong team culture that come before corporate profits. Colleagues and friends describe me as trustworthy and accountable, someone who takes full ownership of projects.
