Support on behalf of EUX IT - local corporate office and 19 distribution centers across the country, providing onsite support to more than 500 local and remote employees, from operators to executive leadership- Effectively identifying and resolving hardware and software issues promptly to achieve positive outcomes- Logging all incidents into the Incident Management solution and tracking through to resolution- Deployment of various workstations, workstation hardware, telephones, and networking equipment- Cooperating with the Dell support team to resolve hardware issues with Dell equipment including laptops, PCs, monitors and docking stations.Managing the workstations using various tools- Microsoft System Center Configuration (SCCM) for software distribution, patch management, and Endpoint protection- Active Directory, and Group Policies for manage permissions, security compliance.
