I am responsible for helping to manage the Investments and Investment Operations of NorthShore University HealthSystem. Among my accomplishments are:*Analyzing and recommending traditional and alternative investment strategies, monitoring and reviewing existing investments, reviewing and recommending changes to asset allocation and reporting to Senior Management.*Working with the Chief Investment Officer to recommend and implement over 80 investment strategies - both traditional and alternative since December 2007.* Recommending changes to more efficiently manage NorthShore\'s Pension Plan *Recommending changes to the corporation\'s defined contributions which have led to cost savings.*Managing the Investment Operations function of NorthShore\'s investments. I am also a member of the Retirement Plan Investment Committee which oversees NorthShore\'s defined contribution plans.Previously, I was responsible for managing the Corporation\'s Treasury function. I helped to lead a successful debt offering in the fall of 2008 when very few transactions were completed. I reduced the number of bank accounts at NorthShore\'s and managed NorthShore\'s relationships with banks. I also worked with the Business Office and Accounts Payable to redesign their processes so they would be more efficient. Prior to that, I was a Director of Internal Audit.
