Managing subsurface team to develop optimal technical solution under geological uncertainties. Carrying out huge series of calculation (more than 100 thousand runs) to select optimal economical solution for Achimovskoe formationManaging subsurface team for Sakhalin ERD drilling project: drilling support, well trajectory planning and adjusting, programs evaluation, geological/hydrodynamic/geomechanic models’ creation. My main objective is well construction creation and its completion. Wells are being planned for drilling in a low productive zone of the reservoir. Therefore, ERD well with Multistage fracture is being used in the project. Here my knowledge of subsurface planning and technical details elaboration is necessary. To reach the objective the results of different teams involved in the project (subsurface, drilling and completion) are being combined and analyzed.
