In the culmination of my efforts at Datirium, I\'ve reached an exciting milestone with the award of a $1.6M STTR Phase II grant aimed at advancing the SciDAP (https://scidap.com/). This grant underscores our commitment to innovation and excellence in scientific data analysis. Led a team of dedicated programmers and bioinformaticians, and contractors, to develop a robust and sophisticated product that meets the evolving needs of researchers. The updates for SciDAP include several significant enhancements, such as integration with HPC clusters SLURM/LSF, seamless integration with AWS and Google Cloud, incorporation of an accounting system, and additional visual plugins. Furthermore, the data analysis capabilities will expand to cover exome, whole-genome, and somatic mutation detection, along with miRNA analysis, scATAC analysis, and scMultiome analysis. These advancements mark a pivotal moment in our journey, positioning SciDAP as a leading solution for scientific data analysis in the research community.
