During this tenure, I have been engaged in managing customer accounts and delivering excellent service while maintaining client satisfaction as well as leading evolution of IT department from 5 to 56 members. I methodically employ Jumio integration for ID verification and impersonation checks, ComplyAdvantage for PEP/sanction and transaction monitoring, BvD for accurate company search, and Compliance Catalyst for risk level assessment. I have been instrumental in improving sales revenue and introducing KPI as well as gamification processes in company. I also support with expansion of in-house back-end system to support all flows and UI for dealers and operations to introduce FX Options as new product on top of standard FX Spots and FX Forwards. Some of my contributions are given below: Led team of 56 offshore members across five locations, providing guidance and consultations to make client’s company from technologically agnostic to IT-driven FinTech company. Created a way to automate routine procedures in operations department to issue SWIFT payments and domestic payments (through Vitesse PSP). Designed and as Product Owner helped development team to integrate SalesForce with in-house CRM system, customised it to optimise Sales processes and management insight with the help of Einstein AI, reporting tools and MapAnything. For the Marketing team introduced SalesForce Pardot as marketing automation tool to help bringing marketing to new level. Rolled out BI workflow and created 50+ dashboards in Tableau to reveal holistic picture of past trends and built the ability to forecast future dynamics for departmental executives and managers. Designed compliance on-boarding form with cutting edge technologies, enabling potential clients to provide information and documents within minutes, decreasing decision time for compliance team. Prepared requirements and created online platform for online trading and payment processing.
