I am responsible for the whole Devexperts Engineering activities, including, but not limited to:\\\\n1. Running engineering executive board including heads of R&D, QA, M&S, PMO, Processes & Tools and Outsourcing departments. Developing engineering strategy, controlled through scorecards and respective KPIs\\\\n2. Expanding Devexperts engneering presence all over the world - Europe, USA, Turkey, etc. Opening up new R&D centers, personell relocation to new facilities, local hiring process establishment.\\\\n3. Making Devexperets engineering brand well-known across best software development talents via hackatons, workshops, technical meetups, connection with Universities.\\\\n4. Close communication with Sales team in order to steer the product development and make Devexpert\'s platfrom responsive to market challenges\\\\n5. Putting together a long term revenue growth goals and implementing an action plan to achieve them (20••••22 achieved 400% growth)\\\\n\\\\nOverall goal for my position is to keep Devexpert\'s projects profitable for both Outsourcing and Licensing model, be able to quickly onboard new clients and provide the result to the total Customer satisfaction.\\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n
