I am a senior software/ML engineer and team lead with 15+ years of experience building business-critical software for investment banking, hospitality, and entertainment at scale.My recent work focuses on AI infrastructure and applications at scale: Internet-scale web scraping and processing (billions of pages, petabytes of data) for Information Retrieval, ML grounding, and foundational model training. I also champion AI-assisted development practices across the organization.Throughout my career, I\'ve built and led engineering teams ranging from 3 to 25 developers and QA specialists, including distributed international teams. I interview and train engineers, collaborate with customers and product managers on product strategy, partner with project managers on roadmaps and resource planning, and work with peer engineering leads on org-wide initiatives.
