Search for and evaluate best practices and available engineering and fabrication contractors in oil and gas and refinery industries.3. Conduct kick-off meetings with potential Customers and advise them on engineering and production aspects of prospective projects.4. Analyze prospective projects and provide recommendations to Customer on roadmap and selection of preferred contractors for design and supply of equipment.5. Organize interaction between Customer, Contractor, Russian Design Institute (RDI) and Certification Company (RCC) throughout the life cycle of the project.6. Provide support and consultation to Customer and Contractor during State Expert Review, equipment certification, shipping, supervision and commissioning.7. Provide defense of project investments in meetings with Customer executives.8. Provide support to Contractors on regulatory peculiarities, specifics of Customer\'s PES, preparation of Feasibility Studies and Proposals for the supply of modular oil and gas processing units, including certification and passportization of equipment, customs clearance, erection supervision and commissioning.9. Provide scheduling and progress monitoring support to project participants.10. Provide support to Customer and Contractor in negotiations and execution of a Sales-Purchase Agreement.11. Provide support to Customer\'s project office in interactions with Contractor, RDI, RCC and Government Regulatory Bodies throughout the Project.12. Assist Customer and Contractor in optimizing technical solutions, schedules and delivery conditions, and ensuring integrated approach to decision-making throughout a project.13. Provide support to Contractor in preparation of document packages during engineering, fabrication, shipping, construction and commissioning, including ensure compliance with applicable technical rules and Customer requirements.14. Participate in HAZOP, PHSER.
