Dr. Andy Ziskind serves as Managing Director and CEO at BDC Advisors. For the past 30 years, BDC Advisors has earned a reputation as a thought leader and excelled at leading constructive change as one of the leading strategy consulting firms. BDC helps clients involved in the financing and delivery of healthcare to “think around corners,” change when they have not been able to change, and to change more quickly and effectively when they need to achieve sustainable growth and performance improvement. Board certified in internal medicine and cardiovascular disease, Dr. Ziskind’s broad range of experience includes analytics-driven change management, hospital and health system physician alignment, and clinical transformation to achieve top cost and quality outcomes. He has been responsible for developing and leading innovative primary care and specialty delivery systems that span both academic medical centers and community hospitals. His diverse experience also includes devising accountable care solutions, implementing payment reform procedures, and creating population health management initiatives.
