Successfully delivered the definition of and implementation of an enterprise Strategy and Transformation Plan to remediate significant issues within the Test capability of a major FTSE100 UK Wealth Manager. Previously a Management Consultant at the Co-operative Bank following on from holding the role of Head of Testing & Environments as a Service (Interim). Accountable for redefining the leadership and the transformation of the Bank Test function following significant failings identified during a formal audit whilst implementing a new capability covering Environment & Data Provisioning. Previously Head of Test role at Nationwide Building Society leading a function of over 750 Test professionals, accountable for departmental transformation aligned to the definition and rollout of a new Nationwide\'s standardised test process. Over 19 years Programme & Departmental Management, responsible for annualised spend in excess of £80 Million.
