Currently representing a client in the development, financing, and construction of a MW power plant in New York City. Have led legal teams in making over 25 private equity investments in a wide range of industries such as energy, healthcare, food products, specialty retailing, oil and gas, and life sciences. Extensive experience as a legal advisor for clients has included negotiating commercial contracts, developing and implementing legal compliance and risk management strategies, providing advice on duties of officers and directors, and advising on executive compensation arrangements.
