I prioritize and oversee development activities to ensure tasks are completed with quality, in a timely manner and within the budget. I create business and functional requirements documentation. I create test plans and test scripts while participating in quality assurance testing. I lead team meetings, complete with clear objectives, agendas, and outcomes. I share knowledge and best practices with the team by facilitating project review sessions at the close of each project. I validate that all business and functional requirements support the technical requirements. I work with the Release/QA Manager on requirements for QA testing and user acceptance. I support the creative and technical teams on overall business and functional requirements. I work with third-party vendors/partners on integration requirements. I work closely with clients in managing projects from the beginning to end. I plan and possibly facilitates client and external interviews, work sessions, and solution formulation. I complete business requirements, functional requirements, stakeholder analysis, and business process analysis with limited guidance. I coordinate internal and external business resources to define project objectives, tasks and deliverables for Web, Platform/Server, and Cloud based projects. I estimate project cost and timelines and assist in preparing Statement of Work contracts. I identify and schedule appropriate resources to complete assigned projects. I create and manage a master project plan (work breakdown structure) and budget. I identify and resolve deviations in project planning to deliver projects as planned.
