   Andy Williams serves as President & CEO of Visit Roswell, the Convention & Visitors Bureau of Roswell, Georgia. At the CVB, he is charged with leading the efforts of tourism promotion through marketing and sales activities relevant to the destination’s hotels, restaurants, venues, special events and attractions. With his entire career in the travel industry, Williams previously held positions at the Madison Convention & Visitors Bureau, Dunwoody Convention & Visitors Bureau, and Atlanta-based destination management company Destination South Meetings & Events. His responsibilities spanned marketing, sales and event production. Williams is a past president of the Georgia Association of Convention & Visitors Bureaus and is a past president of the Georgia Chapter of Meeting Professionals International. He is a board member of the Greater North Fulton Chamber of Commerce, where he also graduated from Leadership North Fulton and co-chaired the program the following year. He is a Certified Meeting Professional through the Events Industry Council, a Travel Marketing Professional through the Southeast Tourism Society, and has a Certification in Hotel Industry Analytics through CoStar. Williams has received awards and honors that include MPI Georgia’s Rising Star, Supplier Member of the Year and Chapter Leader of the Year; Connect Meetings’ “40 Under 40,” Special Events Magazine’s “25 Young Event Pros to Watch,” and Roswell Magazine’s “10 Under 40.”Williams is a graduate of Young Harris College and Georgia Southern University. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in tourism & commercial recreation. He and his wife Ryan reside in Roswell and have an eight-year old son Morgan and six-year old daughter Addie. He also recently completed a term as president of the Brookfield Country Club HOA.
