Serve as a national DE & I Board Member for Haven, influencing inclusion strategy, culture, leadership behaviours and people practices across an organisation of colleagues. Work closely with senior leaders, People teams and cross-functional departments to shape policies, training programmes and initiatives that support representation, psychological safety and equal opportunity across all parks.Contribute to the design and rollout of inclusion frameworks, leadership training content, colleague listening forums, and development pathways that improve belonging and cultural alignment. Act as a visible advocate for psychological safety, inclusive leadership and individual progression within teams.Partner with park leadership to embed inclusive behaviours into recruitment, coaching, succession planning and performance routines. Drive awareness of lived experiences, support colleague resource groups and champion community initiatives that strengthen Haven’s culture, values and people experience across all locations.
