   We run Hands-On Cooking Classes located in Lower South End of Charlotte, NC. We\'ve recently expanded and moved into our own, new facility. We\'ll be offering corporate lunch catering, family table to-go dinner meals and a Saturday morning brunch service.Using the Market as our grocery store, we offer 5 different ability levels, specializing in healthy & sustainable cooking with an added emphasis on local produce. All classes are taught by Chef Alyssa.Examples of classes include: Thai, Cooking with Beer, Basic Knife Skills, Spanish Tapas, Seasonal Vegetarian, Spring Time on the Italian Coast and Basic Meals Boot Camp. We also offer private events for Team Building, Birthday and Bridal Showers. Kids Culinary Camps in the summer and kids cooking classes throughout the year.Chef Alyssa\'s Kitchen has been featured in many newspapers and magazines along with frequent TV appearances.
