   I led a project to create company-wide hardware standards for our team in North America as well as our International team. Worked with my line manager, my supervisor, leadership and other departments through Jira to complete this ahead of schedule.I conceived of and lead a data sanitization project for our North American and International team to standardize data for our Teleworker SOHO (Small Office Home Office) Kit networks. Outcome: easier troubleshooting, more reliable metrics for management and leadership.I developed a method for automating the creation of Service Now Incident tickets to track project progress using Selenium.I am the team lead in hardware procurement from INSIGHT. I\'ve ordered more than $2 million dollars of hardware for Markel.I helped reduce the cost of our most expensive hardware service from $2500 to $1400 in 2022. I created and led a project to reduce the cost of Electronics Recycling. I found and implemented a Third-Party charity called Tech4Troops. This will save our team approximately this year.I helped our team perform a company-wide hardware refresh, moving from VDI environment with IGEL and WYSE Thin Clients to an Azure and Intune-based Surface Laptop environment.I conceived of and led an effort to retroactive hardware asset management system. It combined the data from Teams, InfoBlox, Meraki, Citrix DaaS, UMS, Service Now, Microsoft InTune and FaciliCAD to improve productivity of a company-wide hardware refresh.I created the SOP for organizing our IT equipment room and storage room, improved processes for, reused of returned IT assets; the disposal of excess inventory via ordering, tracking and Electronics Recycling. I led a project to track the lifecycle to prevent service interruption due to unanticipated EOL of IT assets.I coordinated with Enterprise Risk Management and reported data directly to Senior Risk Analysts for the past two years to aid in the renewal of various corporate insurance policies.
