Provides administrative support to the Processing Department relating to loan file setup• Reviews and forwards pertinent emails to Home Loan Specialists (HLS) and Loan Processors• Coordinates the approval or disapproval of loan applications, including but not limited to analyzing documents (i.e) appraisals, title commitments, employment verifications, homeowner’s insurance, tax transcripts as well as otherdocumentation) and maintaining communication between borrowers and lender• Demonstrates comprehensive knowledge of state and federal regulations in regards to home loan programs• Maintains communication between the lender and borrower while resolving any customer problems in an expeditious and tactical manner• Understands and supports the corporaRon\'s policies and procedures to provide effective treatment to all of the corporation\'s customers• Responsible for managing and maintaining the integrity of our mortgage software and its data.• Responsible for managing and maintaining the integrity of the mortgage division relating to Vendor Risk Management
