Later, I founded an international leadership development firm, and a sailing-based travel/experience company. After \"returning to port,\" I helped Formula.Monks on their journey to acquisition by Media.Monks: a marketing, technology services, and consulting giant with employees and a $1B market cap.I currently lead the sales and marketing teams for Hawthorne Capital, a private equity firm specializing in passive income backed by Texas land.
